The 27th annual Bonfires on Bent Street event took place Dec. 10, 2016 in Taos, New Mexico USA. The holiday-themed event was founded by Taos businesswoman Polly Raye as a way to show appreciation to all who shop and browse during the year in the John Dunn House Shops and Bent Street area. Visitors were treated to free foods, entertainment, drumming, dancing, caroling, and the sight of farolitos and, of course, bonfires.
